Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original protective dust bag and packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is not folded or creased.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
